He started in 2013, at 26 years old, working for a small brokerage that was focused on rehab and investment opportunities. While working for the brokerage, he speculated properties, oversaw construction, and discussed investment strategies as well as income potential on investment properties throughout St. Louis. He has a depth of knowledge in rehab costs and loves to educate his retail buyers on projects that may increase the value of their homes.
