Kevin's experience in real estate is extensive and unique compared to most agents. Starting in 2013, at 26 years old, Kevin began with a small brokerage that was focused on rehab and investment opportunities. While working for the brokerage, he speculated properties, oversaw renovation process, and discussed ROI/CAP rates/Comp analysis/marketing exposure, etc. Kevin has a wealth of knowledge in renovation costs and loves to educate his sellers on what updates may have a high ROI prior to listing. On the buy side, Kevin enjoys thinking outside the box and offering ideas that may turn a stagnant on market property into a buyer's dream home, and coaches buyers along the way. Many of Kevin's buyers add immediate equity after he negotiates relentlessly, by providing ideas for updates and contractor referrals to get the work done in a cost efficient manner.
