Kevin Eaton

Born and raised in Central Florida and the City Beautiful, he grew up around real estate by way of his father’s commercial design-build construction company. With that upbringing, it spurred him to pursue real estate as a career and life pursuit to understand real estate. Since graduating The Florida State University in 2008 with two bachelor of science degrees in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management, he began his real estate career as a commercial real estate appraiser in the niche of eminent domain and litigation. After working in that arena for several years, he thought he could offer more, so he expanded to the transaction side of real estate by joining The Core Group in 2015. With my years of experience valuing various commercial property types, he negotiates on behalf of the buyers, sellers and investors he represents based on value, goals based and on the life cycle of a property. He also works with businesses in making real estate related decisions as to how utilize and maximize productivity and efficiency by the use proforma analysis, cash flow projections and return on equity. He is affiliated with the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors, Orlando Regional Realtor Association (ORRA), Florida Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.
