Tawnya and Kevin were recommended to us by one of their previous clients. They were really great to work with in our home search. They always responded promptly when we had questions - by text, email and phone. They made arrangements to view the homes in which we expressed interest at times convenient for us, especially as we were coming from out of town. This review is long overdue. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our home buying experience with Tawnya! With two kids and one on the way, my husband and I finally bit the bullet and decided to move from the city (SF) to the 'burbs (Brentwood). We were given a handful of recommendations for realtors by friends and family. After chatting and interacting with a few different agents, it was clear to me that Tawnya would be an excellent fit for us after our first conversation. Especially being new to the Brentwood area, plus the competitive Bay Area market, it was highly beneficial to have Tawnya's local knowledge and real estate experience. We looked at house after house, week after week, until we landed our home, just in time for baby number 3! Throughout the process, Tawnya and Kevin were extremely patient with us, answered our many questions, were flexible with our schedule, and responsive to calls, texts, and emails. To top it off, Tawnya and Kevin are just genuinely kind and thoughtful people.

They listed our home in San Ramon and it sold within the first 5 days of the listing well over the asking price. The sale went flawless and with their knowledge of the market we could not have been more pleased.

Kevin and Tawnya met with us at the very end of October 2020 and they put our house on the market November 4th, We were in such good hands. Never sold a house before so I was blowing Tawnya's phone up daily!!! She answered all my questions silly or other wise.
