Kevin is fantastic. I'm moving from New Jersey down to North Carolina so finding a local agent was very important to me. It was like having our own personalized tour guide of the area! We gave him the specifics of what we were looking for and he was easily able to guide us right to where we wanted to be. It was a no pressure, easy conversation each time. He never once tried "selling" us on anything, it was always just him providing a genuine helping hand for us the entire time. If you are looking for a local representative that is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and professional then you have found what you are looking for. Whoa! Talk about going the extra mile. Kevin is by far a hands on agent. Walked us through every step of the process from a fun filled week of looking at houses in every city and county in and around Raleigh to the negotiations with the owners, the financing of our new home and even all the contractors for the renovations we wanted done. Carpets, flooring, appliances… Kevin had qualified and professional contacts for all our needs and remained an active go-between them all through completion of the work.
If you’re looking for a realtor who will listen and act on your personal interest in a home - Kevin is definitely the right choice.

Kevin worked with us long-distance (California) on renting a wonderful townhouse in Apex. Because we we're renting sight unseen, it was very stressful but we decided to just trust him and hope for the best! Kevin was super responsive and fast during the rental process, and just as quick and timely when we moved in and contacted him about a couple of minor issues. When we arrived (late at night after a long flight), he even had a welcome basket waiting for us with goodies! The place was not only just as the pictures and Zillow posting described (beautiful), but so much better in person. We are very happy here and when it comes time to buy a place, we know Kevin will be the best choice for a realtor.
