On stage as lead singer for the band, The Recliners, or out in the community representing buyers and sellers, Kevin brings a unique set of talents to his job as a REALTOR®.
A longtime Iowa City real estate agent, Kevin was a partner at a local firm for more than 25 years. He’s also a deeply involved member of the community. Kevin served on the board of directors for United Action for Youth, The Greater Iowa City Housing Fellowship, United Way Allocations, and the Iowa City Arts Festival. From 1999-2000, he served as president of the Iowa City Area Association of Realtors (ICAAR) and as a member of the board of directors. Currently he’s an active member of Summer of the Arts, the Iowa City Historic Preservation Commission, Emergency Housing Project, and the Housing Fellowship. Kevin’s wife Patricia is a grant writer and consultant at the University of Iowa Museum of Art. Kevin and Patricia have three sons: Riley, Conor, and Emmet, and a new grandson, Willem!
