Kevin was so helpful in finding our 2BR/2BA in Falls Church! Though from the area, we were having a hard time scheduling appointments for viewings. Kevin was fast to respond and additionally would schedule multiple viewings in a row which made it much easier to see places during the week. After over a month of searching alone, Kevin helped us find exactly what we were looking for in only a week. Highly recommend him!

First of all I want to say if you are a first time buyer and you have no idea what you are doing, then you would be very lucky to work with Kevin. I was overseas on a deployment when I decided to buy a home, randomly looking for houses over the internet and found the home I liked, Kevin was the agent helped me go through the process, he set up all the necessary appointments within a short period of time, I went home for an R&R vacation which was two weeks and with Kevin's help I was able to complete this complicated process within that short period of time. It wouldn't ever be possible for me to finish the process if it wasn't for Kevin's outstanding skills and his dedication to his clients. He is extremely knowledgeable and hard working, he was my advisor the whole time, prepared comparable market pricing analysis and gave me valuable advice to help me buy a home in an extremely competitive market. Kevin was always extremely responsive, thorough, and prepared multiple offers for me in a short amount of time. With his help everything went smoothly and fast, he also coordinated home inspections for me, reviewed the findings and provided me good advice. He has an in depth understanding of the legal terms & conditions within each contract and educated me on the whole process from submitting an offer, loan application and closing. I met Kevin through a close friend, who recommended his services. He exceeded our expectations in finding our recent rental. We had several logistical hurdles (not knowing 100% that we were moving to the Ashburn area, etc.) and he assisted us the whole time, finding various options for us in very different areas. He was great in setting up showings for us and made the whole experience very convenient. I was constantly impressed with all of his assistance and ease of setting up documentation and closing the process. I now consider him a friend, and do absolutely recommend him.
