Kevin Hill

Kevin has been an active Realtor since 2002. After completing graduate studies in University of Maryland system, Kevin has worked as a residential and commercial real estate broker representing both buyer's and seller's. After building a successful independent real estate firm near Ocean City, Maryland, he decided to sell the firm and move to south eastern North Carolina to raise his family in a vibrant salt water environment. His passion and knowledge for all things family and water including fishing, boating & surfing help to solidify his real estate expertise in this unique coastal environment.

Helped start Carolina Beach Longboard Club. A federal non-profit aimed at fostering amateur longboarding, ecological awareness & hyper-local community charitable giving.

Once gave Bruce Willis Surf lessons.

Held Maryland State record for largest Striped Bass caught from the shore when he was 15.
