After vacationing at Kingsmill in Williamsburg for over 10 years, recently we made the plunge and decided to relocate there for retirement. We had the very fortunate luck of being put in touch with Kevin Holtzman of Kingsmill Realty who has a comprehensive understanding of the thousands of properties within the gated community. Not completely sure of what we were looking for, he worked closely with us to review a wide range of available properties, everything from single family homes to town homes to condominiums. Kevin is a joy to work with, always making himself available in a timely fashion and willing to work with us virtually, which came in handy as we live over 100 miles from the community. When we ran into issues with information necessary to secure a mortgage, Kevin was there to help! When we couldn’t be present for the home inspection, Kevin linked-up with us over FaceTime to let us see what was taking place! We were extremely pleased with our experience using him as our real estate agent and strongly recommend him to others looking to buy in Kingsmill or anywhere else in Williamsburg!

Kevin Holtzman, our Realtor was very communicative and walked us through the entire process. They were patient, efficient, and informative the whole way through. We feel confident in our decision to work with them and are now happily settled in our first home because of the hard work they put in.
