Kevin Huggins

Chapel Hill has been home to Kevin for over 30 years, beginning with his enrollment into UNC-CH in the fall of 1981. After college and a brief period as an owner/operator of a couple of local food establishments, Kevin began his real estate career with Weaver Street Realty in 1987.

In 1990, Kevin with his wife Vicki, founded a residential land development and sales company, Christopher Road Realty, Inc. CRR, Inc transitioned into solely a real estate development company in 1996 when Kevin purchased a minority interest in Chapel Hill Realty Group, Inc. from its founder, Mr. John Cates. In 2000, Kevin assumed full ownership of CHRG, Inc. and began assembling the current ownership team.

During his 28 year real estate career, Kevin has developed over 300 residential lots, been a partner in multi-family and commercial projects, consistently been a multi-million dollar sales producer, managed real estate sales staffs, owned a surveying firm, and participated in the construction of numerous single-family homes. Few real estate professionals can offer Kevin’s level of experience and expertise in so many facets of our industry.
