Mr. Kevin Jill is amazing! Given the fact that he was given a sharp deadline on such short notice, he took everything in stride and assured my family that all would be okay. Fast forward to the end, we were able to sign a contract for a house that featured every single one of our needs, was within budget, and at a location we were comfortable with. Throughout the entire process, Mr. Jill was with us step-by-step and not once, made us feel like we were hopeless. I would not hesitate twice to refer him to friends and family.

As a first time homebuyer, the whole home buying process was intimidating and overwhelming; however, working with Kevin made the whole experience easy to navigate and smooth from start to finish. Kevin took the time to explain the whole process and patiently walked me through each step. He went the extra mile to make sure I found the right home for me and even after I found my home, he continued to answer questions and helped me transition into my new home. From the very start, Kevin offered solid advice on how to navigate the sale of my condo in Alexandria, VA. He helped me understand which repairs would yield the most value and connected me to reliable contractors promptly. He was punctual, thorough, and resourceful throughout the process. When the offers trickled in, Kevin explained the trade offs between terms and advised me on which deals would maximize my value value and have the best likelihood to close without issue. Kevin laid out the facts rationally and anticipated the second, third order effects of my counter proposals. It was Kevin’s strategic thinking and shrewd negotiation skills that allowed me to sell my home thousands of dollars above the appraised value. On closing day, Kevin personally couriered an extra mail key to the buyer’s agent so the buyer had a full set upon contract execution. Kevin does the legwork to get the deal done and the mind to do it well. Definitely recommend.

Kevin by far exceed my expectations as a realtor. I am a first time home buyer and the process has always intimidated me. Once I found Kevin, he walked me through every single step of the way and made this process extremely smooth. I am naturally a very high-strung person so any little thing worries me. However, Kevin did everything possible to make this easy and explained everything to me. He was always available to answer my questions, regardless of the time of day. He walked me through the long contracting process and explained every question I had about the clauses. He also came with me to my design center appointment and sat with me for over 5 hours to help me select finishes for my home!!! He was never obligated to do something like that but he volunteered himself and sat through it with me without any complaints and his eye for detail helped me so much when making my selections. Since I was buying a new construction, Kevin came with me to every single appointment to walk through the home with me. During my pre-closing walk through, Kevin helped me find everything that needed touching up. Overall, Kevin goes above and beyond and takes initiative. I never had to ask him to do anything because he was 3 steps ahead of me. He has expertise in home construction as well so he was able to help me save money where I could. I can't thank him enough for helping me get through this and I'm so happy about the outcome. Thank you, Kevin!!

I know that the home-buying process is supposed to be long and arduous, but Kevin could not have made this process any easier for me. As a first-time home buyer, Kevin walked me through every step of the way and was always available to answer any question I had. He was quick and efficient. Extraordinary! Kevin is not your ordinary realtor because he goes above and beyond for his clients! It was such a pleasure working with Kevin on selling our (first) home for so many reasons. We had been delaying putting the house for sale because we were so attached to it and not prepared for moving out. However, with Kevin’s knowledge of the market, he advised (and gave us the extra push) to take advantage of the time of year. And although he had done his research on the local comps, he was willing to work with us on our desired sale price. Everything worked out better than we had planned - the photographer came, the house went on the market the next day (Kevin’s personal and public listings were excellent!), we had a very successful Open House, we received multiple offers over asking price, all within days! Kevin was always super responsive and gave the best recommendations. The process was seamless from beginning to closing. We are so happy to have worked with Kevin!

When I first met Kevin, I had a clear idea of all the things I did NOT want but no understanding of what I actually wanted. Kevin was able to take all my jumbled and unorganized ideas to shape them into exactly what I wanted. Kevin committed to me and my needs and was amazing at helping me see potential and barriers with each unit.
When I finally landed on a unit Kevin walked me through the entire process and even made a great impression with the condo association with his thoroughness and attention to details. His knowledge of real estate ins and outs, communities, and the closing process were invaluable, especially when my bid went up against 5 others and won! Kevin was amazing throughout it all between random emails and texts and panicked phone calls while I was out of the country.

I first met Kevin Jill through my daughter, he was a very charismatic and gracious person, so I instantly took a liking to him and you feel a sense of ease around his presences. When I discovered that Kevin was on the way to becoming a real estate agent, I was thrilled! Kevin was and is a polymath, being very skillful and talented at many different trades. Not only being an accomplished fireman and wonderful father, he is experienced in the world of banking and loan handling, having held a position previously at a prominent institution. I was sold and my good sense of judgment did not fail me. It took me merely took weeks to find the perfect apartment to transition to, moving from Maryland back to Virginia, all thanks to Kevin. He was able to understand my preferences and dislikes immediately. He was very accommodating taking me to every property showing, and was able to adhere to my busy schedule. I felt like I was with a good friend when searching for my dream apartment, who had my best interests in mind. In the end I was able to find a wonderful two bedroom apartment with a beautiful view right in Reston town center within my budget. I highly recommend Kevin Jill for anyone who is looking for an exceptional real estate agent! He is very efficient and takes dignity and reputation in assisting his clients in every viable way. Five stars all around :)
