On July 14, 2020 I sold my condo as I had to leave Florida due to medical complications. I was blessed to have met Kevin Raftery, Illustrated Properties to help me with both rental and sales of my property. Kevin was "exceptionally" helpful in many, many ways; management, resources, overseeing and handling any predicaments, circumstances and situations that occurred that were over and above what is normally expected of a real estate agent.
