Kevin Kennedy at Kennedy Real Estate Solutions made my first-time home buying experience absolutely perfect. Kevin is a very knowledgeable real estate broker who took the time to walk me through every part of the home buying process and answer every little question I had. I could rely on Kevin to answer or return my call at any time of day within minutes. I was especially impressed when Kevin took the time to go through every section of the contract for my first offer on a home. He must have spent 45 minutes reading it through with me over the phone in the evening after dinner time. With Kevin as my broker, I knew I was going to be represented fully and I trusted that my best interest would always be top priority. Kevin connected me with a team of people that made my home buying process seamless. It was very relieving that I did not have to go through the hassle of finding the best lawyer, mortgage loan officer, home inspector, etc. Kevin, along with all of the people he connected me with, were all very kind, conscientious, and extremely helpful.
