They are extremely knowledgeable, and professional. They were able to expertly navigate my very complex sales circumstances. Naomi’s attention to detail, and customer service is top notch. She bent over backwards to assist in coordinating contractors, and preparing the house for sale. On top of the 5* service, our house sold for $78 more per sq. ft. than the house up the street a couple weeks earlier! I really cannot say enough about the time, effort, and service level that was put into our home sale. I would use them again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend the Kiefers!

Kevin and Naomi Kieffer are the best! In November 2023 we made the decision to sell a rental property (our former home) and we selected Kevin and Naomi to be our partners during the sales process...we could not be happier with the decision.

We do not live in the area, so being onsite wasn't possible. Kevin and Naomi handled all the pre-sale activities including inspections, painting, carpets, home repairs, landscaping, and staging. The coordination of pre-sale activities was amazing and far exceeded our expectations. The relationship Kevin and Naomi have nurtured with their various contactors made all activities seamless.

Our home sold within 30 days and at a price we were happy with. Kevin and Naomi handled the negotiations and were with us every step of the way during the closing. We could not be happier with Kevin and Naomi's representation, and we strongly recommend them to anyone selling their home.

Kevin and Naomi are a real estate dream team! They helped me sell my condo in five days at more than the asking price. I had not been optimistic at first because the condo needed some fixing up. I am so very happy with my experience working with Kevin and Naomi Kieffer of Compass California Realty. They did a phenomenal job with every step of the process of selling my elderly parents’ home. I do not live in California and one reason why my father and I Kevin and Naomi was because of their ‘turn-key’ services to manage all of the improvements that needed to be made to position their home for the best sales opportunity. And they absolutely delivered beyond my expectations.
Their project management, organization and communication with us was truly outstanding. They also have excellent connections with local and reliable inspectors and skilled trades persons to complete the needed work. In addition, their knowledge of the local market conditions and the strategies they proposed to make the home its most marketable without excessive front-end spend was spot-on.
The end result was literally the least complicated real estate transaction I’ve ever experienced with a sale price higher than I had hoped for.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Kevin. My fiancé and I worked with him for several months finding our home. He remained attentive, patient and readily available throughout the entire process even as our home buying plans kept changing. Kudos to Kevin and Naomi! I put my condo (which had been rented for many years) up for sale with them and they were wonderful to work with. I live out of state and they got the condo looking so good I was sorry to sell it. They worked hard at putting together a team to give the condo much-needed TLC and prepare it for showing. Kevin and Naomi’s Bay Area expertise and neighborhood knowledge was invaluable when they helped us find and purchase our home over 10 years ago. Now, 10 years later, that same expertise proved its worth again when we sold that same home. They are excellent at every aspect of the home buying and home selling process. Their guidance on what improvements to make, when to list, listing price, and staging suggestions was spot on. That, combined with their stellar networking/marketing efforts and keen negotiation tactics, resulted in a very quick sale at a price WELL above what we would have expected and with terms that could not have been more favorable…literally! I don’t envy those who try to sell their own home or use one of the “lower cost” online services. The results Kevin and Naomi helped achieve and our entire experience far outweighed any money that might have been “saved” by using other methods. I firmly believe they got us around a 10% or more higher price than we would have received without them.
