My husband and I searched for a house on and off for probably around three years. We were picky and indecisive and Kevin was incredibly patient with us the whole time, and at the same time very quick and responsive anytime we contacted him out of the blue after not looking for a while. He answered all of our first-time home buyer questions and educated us on the process. We finally found the perfect home for us and Kevin of course helped us out throughout the entire offer and buying process. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive agent who will work with you every step of the way, isn't pushy, and is a lot of fun to work with.

Kevin was awesome as a realtor representing me in the complex world of purchasing my first home! Like he will tell you, he really is your best advocate when it comes to selling you the buyer. He has an aggressive and responsive style that works great in the competitive housing market. Working hours for Kevin are whatever they need to be to get the job done. The house that we closed on came on the market at 8:00 am and by 9:00 am we had a tour scheduled for that day and by 5:00 pm that night we had an offer in. Kevin gets the job done and makes the experience fun and exciting along the way. I will definitely use Kevin in the future for any other real estate deals!

It was a pleasure working with Kevin! He was quickly able to narrow down a good group of listings based on our preferences to find our dream house within a few days. He was very responsive and willing to take calls or messages any time of day to answer questions and keep things moving quickly.
