Kevin Kolodgie

Kevin Kolodgie is a life-long resident of Luzerne County. He is a 2003 graduate of King’s college, receiving a B.S in Human Resource Management with a minor in Business Administration. Kevin also played tennis at Kings College where he received first team all-conference honors his Junior and Senior year. Upon graduation, Kevin started his business career at Enterprise rent-a-car where he worked for 17 years . He started off as a management trainee and worked his way up the company ladder. By the end of his career, Kevin was overseeing multiple offices in Northeastern Pennsylvania and over 100 employees. Kevin’s passion was to develop his employees to be effective leaders, negotiators and most importantly excel in customer service.

In 2014 Kevin began his real estate investment endeavors and started to acquire rental properties. In 2019 Kevin complimented his rental property business with flipping houses and also got his real-estate license. In 2021 Kevin became a full time real estate investor and agent. The experience gained from both the business and real-estate world enabled Kevin to take his clients’ experience to the next level.

On a personal note, Kevin also is an avid sports fan and currently participates in both a mens tennis and softball league. He is married with 3 children ages 4, 9 and 11. He is also an active member of High-Point Baptist church in Larksville which he has been attending for the last 19 years.
