Kevin helped us in getting our first home in Gambrills, he made our first experience memorable and smooth. The way he dealt the whole buying process was incredible. He made sure we get the best price in the market, he negotiated with builder and made sure builder give us best price. Even while in searching process he was so cooperative and helping us in searching home , arranging all the visits for us so we can get maximum ideas in comparing homes. He used to sit with us that what to check in the house before getting ready for visit. Overall we were very lucky to have realtor like Kevin for us. I wish him all the best and great success in his life.

Kevin was a joy to work with in us purchasing our first home. He genuinely cared about what we wanted and helped us not, just, settle. He addressed our questions and concerns quickly, which we really appreciated. We really do trust him and are using him to purchase our second home.

I originally did not want to sell the house through a realtor. Kevin changed my mind and made the process seamless and we got at least as much in our pocket after the sale as if we sold it ourselves.

Kevin has been our realtor for 3 different transactions. Both times we purchased and when we sold he was the professional we expected and needed. He is very approachable and understanding to a families needs. Kevin at times used unconventional methods to make sure the deal closed, which was really important to us.

Kevin is the most helpful person I have worked with in any capacity. He helped us find a home in a neighborhood that was "impossible" to get into, all via FaceTime and email as we were stationed overseas. Super flexible, super friendly, super honest. He managed the needed repairs for our new house for us, using his personal time to make sure everything was right, he found us a better lender than we had, set up everything, and swatted problems as they arose. This dude is for real. 12/10 stars.
