Kevin has been excellent to work with and you can tell he enjoys helping others. We have been looking for a home over the last year and always were too late or just under the winning bid. We then met Kevin and he provided us with tools and an APP for our phone to immediately pull up information on any home we saw while driving our preferred neighborhoods. He would email us every new listing that met our criteria as soon as it hit the market. We appreciated that whenever we found a home he was there to set up the appointment and show us the home with little notice. Kevin was very patient with us and his knowledge made the difference for us in the search for our home. We highly recommend Kevin and have already referred two friends and my sister to him.
