Kevin Mays

As Chief Operating Officer of BTI Partners, Kevin leads the integration of the firm's real estate development efforts throughout Florida. He is a Florida state licensed general contractor and real estate broker with thirty years of experience in all aspects of acquisition, diligence, land entitlement, horizontal and vertical development, and construction. Prior to joining BTI Partners, Kevin led both public and private companies in community development, homebuilding, resort, and fractional ownership, as well as mixed use development. When he joined BTI Partners he led the development of The Grove Resort and Water Park.
