Kevin McCabe

Kevin McCabe is President of Newmark’s U.S. West Region, comprising 30 offices, overseeing all facets of the platform’s services and performance in the region. With a proven eye for operational excellence, Kevin drives staff development, training, recruiting and collaboration for Newmark’s more than 2,000 employees throughout the Western U.S.

Additionally, Kevin has organizational oversight of Newmark’s offices across Central and South America and Canada. These 15 offices are located throughout Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Puerto Rico, Toronto and Vancouver.

Kevin is a member of the Newmark Group, Inc. Operating Committee, which consists of key senior executives who leverage strong leadership and work collaboratively across the firm to guide its growth. Kevin provides counsel on national corporate initiatives and is instrumental in strategizing and executing expanding markets. He served as a top advisor, recruiter and negotiator in the acquisition of Apartment Realty Advisors, the nation’s largest privately held, full-service investment brokerage network focused exclusively on the multifamily industry. In his previous role with Newmark as Market Leader, Central Region, Kevin successfully expanded the platform’s client services in the areas of capital markets, tenant and landlord representation, global corporate services, site selection and single-tenant net lease. A consummate advisor and mentor focused on operational excellence; Kevin facilitated the growth of the platform’s Mexico operation from 12 broker professionals in Mexico City to 200 professionals in five offices.

A 35-year commercial real estate veteran, Kevin’s expertise includes finance, brokerage, project management and financial analysis. He brings a disciplined, decisive approach to aligning business strategies and directing collaborative environments with an exclusive focus on client requirements.

The Denver Business Journal Power Book has recognized Kevin as one of Denver’s most influential C-level executives and business leaders. His previous roles include Managing Director of the downtown Denver CBRE office, Senior Vice President at Trammell Crow Company and Regional Leasing Director for Jones Lang LaSalle.
