About Kevin

I was born and raised in Winter Park, Florida. I am currently the Sales Manager for Fannie Hillman + Associates, a real estate company that has been in Winter Park for 40 years. I coach and train some 80+ real estate agents to help enhance their careers.
I started my real estate career in 2003 with Coldwell Banker Winter Park where I received Society of Excellence award, which is the highest award nationwide given to Coldwell Banker agents, in 2010, 2011 and 2012.
In 2009, 2010 and 2011, I ranked in the top 10 nationwide for total sales and total listings units.

In 2008 I was ranked #52 in the top 400 real estate professionals in the Wall Street Journal for the entire United States.

PRIOR ASSOCIATION EXPERIENCE:
Currently I serve The Park West Condominium Board as Secretary and Treasurer. I also am the Chairman of the Landscape Committee overseeing the implementation and completion of the landscape upgrade project and continue to work with our landscape company to make the community a great place to live.

ADDITIONAL APPLICABLE EXPERIENCE:
Appointed in 2023 by Winter Park Mayor, Phil Anderson to the Winter Park Economic Development Advisory Board, a board that aims at promoting economic development which helps existing businesses grow and attracting new industries.

I am a current board member of the Park Avenue District Board. This board meets monthly with the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce to generate ideas and plane events for the Park Avenue District to attract people which helps businesses along Park Avenue.
I lead weekly and monthly meetings at Fannie Hillman + Associates coaching and training sales associates to help them be the best agent possible.

Graduate of Leadership Winter Park Class of 32. This program equips and mobilizes Winter Park leaders to take a closer look at the critical issues and challenges of Winter Park and the surrounding area.
Past co-chair of the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce Christmas Parade Pancake Committee. This is an annual event that takes place every year before and during the Christmas Parade. We met monthly during the year to plan for this event.
