Over his 30 years involvement in Chicago real estate, Kevin has worn many hats. After leaving the advertising/marketing industry in the 1980’s, he started his real estate career buying, renovating and selling properties within the north side of Chicago. In 1990, he founded Emerald Realty Group, a boutique real estate brokerage and property management company which successfully serviced the Lincoln Park and Lakeview areas until 2011. At which time, was merged with Conlon Real Estate Company. Within those years, Kevin acted as proprietor of many condos and single-family development projects. Conlon has since joined forces with Compass Real Estate. His true passion and enjoyment throughout his real estate career has been working with buyers and sellers in the brokerage business. Over 95% of his brokerage business is from repeat and referral clients, which speaks for itself.
