Kevin has been fabulous! We don’t live in the same town as the home we where selling so it could have been very difficult. However, Kevin was at the house helping and advising other people and contractors almost daily. He was very responsive, friendly and professional! I definitely recommend Kevin to anyone buying or selling their home!

This was our first home buying experience, and Kevin was the perfect realtor for the job during this ‘hot market’. We had a realtor in 2019 and felt like we were being forced and rushed to purchase a house. We parted with that realtor and found Kevin. Kevin never rushed us and we never felt forced. He was able to assist us and answer all of our questions so we felt comfortable with what we were doing. He made the process super easy for us even though there were times we wanted to give up after getting numerous offers outbid or wasn’t accepted. He was quick to inform us of new properties available, and always on it if we wanted to schedule a viewing at a convenient time for us. He is the man to go to if you want to purchase property!!

We were looking for a realtor who also had experience with real estate investing. Kevin was professional, answered our questions, and helped walk us through the buying process step by step. Our deal was a bit complex, but he was able to guide us through it. He was always quick to respond to phone calls and texts and would recommend him to others!
