Kevin Pearson

Kevin Pearson has been in Residential Real Estate development and sales since relocating to Bainbridge Island with his family in 2004. In 2006, he became involved in his first property development project, two waterfront homes, one of which he sold and the other which became his family home. Kevin’s strong leadership and management system skills are a testament to his experience as a brokerage manager, and they serve his clients well. Prior to entering real estate, Kevin was recruited from his own computer sales and services company by Microsoft where he helped open a South African Division and spent 12 years as a Senior Sales Executive in the OEM Division. At Microsoft, Kevin focused on International Sales and Marketing, as well as Business Development in developing countries. This breadth of international involvement paired with Realogics Sotheby’s global platform and award-winning marketing, allow his listings to enjoy worldwide exposure. Kevin currently resides on South Beach, Bainbridge Island with his wife Katie and their two daughters, Key and Taylor.
