About Kevin

Kevin has been active in real estate locally for over fifteen years. “My first job in the business was for Re/Max United in San Diego. Coincidentally, my first day on the job was September 11th, 2001—where I was promptly sent home”.

Since then, Kevin moved back to the Bay Area where he grew up, and has worked in all aspects of the industry as a broker, property manager, leasing agent, and developer for both commercial and residential property.

At SC Properties, Kevin does it all from managing a portfolio of both residential and commercial properties, to the sale of multi-family and commercial properties. Over the past few years, Kevin has found a niche re-positioning commercial and apartment properties in San Mateo County. Enduring extreme market shifts over the past decade has taught Kevin that no deal is easy, and it pays to think proactively and creatively.
