Kevin Polite is a Solid Source Realty, Inc. REALTOR® and the exclusive agent for HausZwei Homes. Kevin specializes in Decatur 30032 and Decatur 30030 including the neighborhoods of Midway Woods, Belvedere Park, White Oak Hills, and Meadowbrook Acres. He is also very active in East Atlanta, Sylvan Hills, the Cascade area, and Atlanta homes in the fast appreciating areas of West End and Westside Trail along the Atlanta Beltline. Kevin has lived in town for the last 12 years and now almost considers himself a native as he has lived in Atlanta for more than 20 years. He worked in advertising for many years including 10 years with the Atlanta Journal-Constitution in the Real Estate Advertising department. This is where Kevin saw all sides of the transaction of real estate, especially the marketing of homes as he worked with the largest builders and real estate agencies in the city.
