Kevin Raad

Kevin Raad is a native of Virginia Beach, Virginia and entered the Real Estate Industry as a Realtor in 2005 and retired from Naval service in 2018 as a Supply Corps Officer after 20 years of service. He is a graduate of Old Dominion University, earning a Baccalaureates of Science Degree with two majors, one in Finance and one in Real Estate, in 2006. He then earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Liberty University in 2013 specializing in Management and Leadership. He is also a graduate of the Real Estate Appraisers Course. Kevin works with The Real Estate Group, serving the Hampton Roads area. He knows that the selling and buying process can have challenges. He understands the importance and complexities of buying or selling a home and possesses the requisite resources and problem-solving skills to guide you through it. He utilizes his education and professional experience in “getting YOU home”!

He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Hampton Roads Realtors Association.
