Kevin Reed brings over 20 years of sales and marketing experience to Pacwest Real Estate Investments, LLC. In 2005, Kevin was named the Outstanding New Agent and Million Dollar Producer. Kevin is proud to be working with Bob Nelson, CCIM who not only taught most of the real estate courses taken while pursing his commercial real estate brokerage career and is currently being mentored by him.
Kevin is known for his "bull dog" tenacity in seeking an optimum solution for his client's real estate portfolio. If you want to get it done, ask Kevin to do it, then stand back... there is going to be action.

Growing up in Eugene gives Kevin the advantage of having lifetime knowledge of Eugene, Springfield and the surrounding areas (generally north to Portland, south to Roseburg, west to Florence, Reedsport and Coos Bay).
Kevin's personal interests are in martial arts, river rafting, backpacking, skiing and spending time with his lovely wife. He has also taught self defense courses at Willamette Family Treatment Center.
Kevin is a candidate of the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. He has completed and passed the first of a series of four intense courses and final testing to potentially becoming a member. In addition, he has completed and passed the required appraisal courses which qualifies him for Appraiser Certification.
