Kevin was a tremendous help in completing a difficult purchase of my first home. He took the time to visit with me and find out what I wanted and needed in order to find the perfect property for me. He was very thorough helping me understand and feel comfortable with the entire process. Whenever I had a question, he usually had the answer, but if it he didn't, he found the answer for me and got back to me right away. If I happened to call when he was in a meeting or with another client, he returned my call right away. I never had to wait for an answer from him. Even though the selling agent and that agent's title company had some strange requests and business practices, Kevin stayed on top of their incompetence and got everything accomplished for me. He kept after them to get their tasks accomplished and kept me up to date on the progress (or their lack of progress and what he was doing to get them on track, as was often the case). This was especially helpful when there was a deadline fast approaching and we were waiting for an answer from them.

I highly recommend Kevin Richey of ERA Brokers Consolidated. He was so patient and personable. He also was ALWAYS reachable, returning my phone calls or emails any time I had a question. While I had to sign the original offer in person, I was able to sign the rest of the contracts electronically, which I thought was incredibly convenient . I can't recommend Kevin enough -- he is great in all areas, from the beginning of when he first gathered input from me to determine proper areas to research all the way until the end when I was making an offer on the house. Kevin is very careful and diligent and very responsive throughout the whole process. You really get the feeling that he is on your side, and he is.
