Kevin Shipley - The Lake Navigators

Practically a Native Floridian, Kevin has lived in Florida since 1983 and resides in Historic Mount Dora. His enthusiasm for water activities began when he was in grade school. With his family’s new ski boat, Kevin zealously invited his friends to the lake on a weekly basis for a day of skiing and boating. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in business administration, he went on to work in the telecommunication business. Starting in sales with T-Mobile, he quickly found his niche specializing in computer aided drafting for the engineering department at AT&T. In 2015 Kevin made his first career change to Real Estate. The range of business skills acquired from his past positions helped to develop his career. With an unobstructed vision for his future and without hesitation, he pursued his Real Estate Broker license.

Outside of his work life, Kevin enjoys various outdoors hobbies. In his free time, he loves golfing, hiking, surfing, boating, and wake boarding. Being outdoors and spending time in his community has allowed him to develop a profound respect for and knowledge of Florida’s waterways.
