A native of Strasburg and 1979 graduate of Strasburg High School, Kevin holds a B.S. in Finance from James Madison University and spent 35 years in banking—primarily as a Commercial Loan Officer with First Bank. He is also a Certified Financial Planner and a successful real estate investor since 1984.
His professional background, combined with personal experience in new home construction, major renovations, investment properties (both single- and multi-family), and commercial real estate, makes him a valuable resource for buyers, sellers, builders, and investors alike. Kevin is known for helping clients navigate the financial, legal, and emotional complexities of today’s real estate transactions with confidence and clarity.
A lifelong resident of Shenandoah County, Kevin knows the region and its people inside and out. His success is rooted in a commitment to exceptional service and a genuine desire to understand each client’s unique goals. Calm, approachable, and highly knowledgeable, Kevin is focused not just on making a sale, but on building relationships and delivering real results.
Kevin is an active member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, where he serves as Treasurer and a member of the Finance Committee. He has two grown children and four grandchildren, and he remains involved in a variety of civic and charitable organizations throughout the Shenandoah Valley.
In his free time, Kevin enjoys traveling, relaxing at the beach, playing golf, and cheering on all Washington sports teams—especially the Commanders and Nationals.
