Kevin found our dream home. We had been keeping an eye on country land for sale hoping to pick something up and sit on it for a while then eventually build. I had inquired on a parcel via Zillow and Kevin responded. The lot had already been sold but he asked what we were looking to do and I told him. He said he’d keep an eye out for us and I assumed I’d never hear from him again. A month later he emailed us several listings and continued to do so for about a year. One day in February my wife walks up to me excited and starts showing me the most recent one Kevin sent us. It was a beautiful piece of land that already had a gorgeous house on it. We went to walk through and I knew in about 5 minutes we were going to be moving. We love the new place and never looked back. Kevin was instrumental in negotiating the price, protecting our interests, and holding the seller accountable for what they promised. I would recommend him to anyone and have to several friends. He is honest, organized and just a great guy to work with. I hope anyone looking for the best realtor finds him first.

I am so excited that Kevin has finally become a full-time real estate agent! Kevin helped our famly of four find a home virtually when the market in Columbus was seriously unpredictable and we were new to Ohio. It was a contstant race against time to put in offers and still stay on budget! He stuck with us through thick and thin, and all of our heartbreaking missed chances. He is also a determined agent with outside industry experiences he applies to home buying and selling. His heart is with his customers and he is always available for questions and viewings.
