A graduate of DePaul University with a degree in communication, Kevin spent 20 years on the floor of the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) before become a real estate professional. His prior experience working in the market is extremely valuable to his job today. Kevin acts as a consultant, providing guidance and insight. He understands that a home is a great investment and applies his prior experience with investors to every real estate transaction.

When it comes to the latest industry resources and trends, Kevin is always attuned to what’s happening. He participates in ongoing professional development and maximizes the robust resources offered by Coldwell Banker. From a strong online presence, to the latest social media applications, Kevin knows how to get properties in front of the right potential buyers.

A lifelong Chicagoan, Kevin is a great community resource. Currently living with his family in North Center, he focuses his business in his own neighborhood, as well as Lincoln Square, South Loop, River North, Lakeview, Roscoe Village and Lincoln Park. Raising four kids with his wife, Kevin also has a great understanding of area schools and can share insight on family-friendly neighborhood spots.

Kevin is truly passionate about living in Chicago and is plugged into all the fun activities the city has to offer, especially during the summer. When not focused on real estate, Kevin shows off his area knowledge as a City of Chicago Greeter and tour guide, showing visitors the many sites and sounds of the city. He is also a member of the CBOE Arbitration Committee.
