After earning his license while still in high school, he began knocking on doors, asking sellers to take a chance on a young kid who would not be outworked. He spent hours online researching market values and sales trends. When opportunities arose in unfamiliar areas, he jumped in his car and canvassed the neighborhood until he knew it as well as his own.

A native of the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children. He still has the same passion for real estate that he had as a kid and is grateful to be having the time of his life.
