Kevin Thornton is not only the managing broker and owner of Thornton Properties, but has proven to be a top producer when it comes to closing residential sales in the South Loop. As a long-time South Loop resident and broker, with over two decades of experience, Kevin has an affinity for getting his clients exactly what they want, when they want it and within budget.

Year after year, Kevin has received numerous sales excellence awards from the Chicago Association of Realtors and is also a member of National Association of Realtors and the Near South Planning Board. Licensed since 1991, Kevin received his real estate degree from DePaul University and is in the top 1% of brokers in sales nationwide
