I wish there were more than 5 stars to rate Kevin White as a realtor. He deserves at LEAST 10! Several months ago my children and I were faced with the heartbreaking decision to sell our family home after the untimely death of their father. Losing a loved one was hard enough but having to release our beautiful home, filled with love and great memories, only magnified our grief. Kevin, because of his own experience with the loss of a parent, was able to step in with grace, sensitivity, patience and sage advice. He guided us gently through the process of purging, organizing and making only the necessary repairs/upgrades to get the house market-ready without pressure or rushing our process. When it was finally time to list our home on the market (while simultaneously navigating the Maryland probate process), Kevin, with a sense of understanding and urgency, even stepped in to assist our attorney in getting the courts to move faster. He was able to accomplish this great feat with his gift of persuasion, persistence and people skills. At the same time he strategically listed our home at the right price supported by an aggressive marketing campaign. Our home was listed on a Sunday in December and by Wednesday (4 days later) had over 100 showings and 30 offers. Kevin again provided expert advice in helping us make the right decision with so many offers to consider. About 4 weeks later we were at the closing table with our home selling at $50,000 above the asking price! Kevin has no only surpassed my expectations but has earned my trust, highest regard and enthusiastic recommendation as THE BEST real estate agent I've ever worked with. He's a consummate professional and so are the people he works with - from the contractor who worked on our home to the transaction manager who coordinated all of the fine details leading up to settlement. He's also a very cool dude and has become a member of our family :-) I can't thank him enough for all he did to get us through this bittersweet experience. I am very grateful and pleased with the outcome.

I met Kevin just over two years ago when I was looking into working with realtors in the DC area around real estate investment. Since then, I’ve recommended him to just about anyone who has questions around all things real estate. While I’ve worked with dozens of realtors Since that time, none have held up to Kevin’s caliber. His professionalism, responsiveness, and knowledge of the industry makes him an incredible person to work with.

If your looking for someone to walk you through the ins and outs of a real estate transaction, Kevin is definitely your guy. He’ll take the time to get to know you, understand what you’re trying to get out of a situation, explain the market, and be completely transparent with you throughout the process. I’ll keep recommending Kevin, he’s as good as it gets!
