We contacted Kevin who had approximately 15 places with appointments for us to see on a Saturday. We were so impressed. Kevin is honest with his opinions and we purchased a foreclosure which Kevin handled for us making the deal go effortlessly, for us anyway. 3 + years later we decided to list our house with Kevin. We had 3 offers the 3rd week on the market. The prospective buyers were slightly demanding but Kevin dealt with them and their agent in a very professional manner closing the deal. If you are looking for an honest, hard-working professional who will take care of you every step of the way, Kevin is your guy! My wife and I are military and we were stationed in Germany. When we got orders to Scott AFB, we started browsing houses online. The more we researched the area, the more questions we had. We contacted a few realtors but none of them seemed very interested in assisting us because we had about four months to go before we would arrive in the local area. Then we found Kevin. Not only did he answer all of our questions but he took time to answer them in great detail. It really helped us learn about the area and narrow down what we wanted. Once we figured that out, we found a house on Zillow that we were really interested in. The day after chatting with Kevin about the house, we woke to a pleasant surprise of over 100 pictures of the property that he personally took. He even climbed on the roof and took some cool ariel pics of the neighborhood! Although we were still in Germany, we were fairly certain that this house was the one. We were really nervous about initiating the purchase from abroad but at the same time, we would hate to see it slip away. Over the course of the next few weeks, Kevin made it back out to the house many times and took over 500 pictures of various things that we had questions about. He also showed the house to a friend of ours in the local area which helped us get a different perspective. With all the pictures and explanations Kevin provided, we felt like we had already been in the house. We were ready to move forward but we were still slightly nervous. Kevin figured out a way to structure the contract so that our offer was pending a physical inspection AND he got us our target price! When we finally arrived to the area and got to see the house, we were very glad that we secured the property. It was definitely as great in person as we thought it would be! He worked hard from beginning to end to earn our business and to keep it!

We met Kevin in 2012 when my wife and I were looking to move from our first home into something bigger as we started our family. Here is the thing we noticed immediately about Kevin after listing our home with a couple of other reputable agents prior to trying him out- Kevin didn't throw a sign in the yard and wait for something to happen like the other agents did, instead he took action. Kevin helped us to price our property to market value, generate online activity and leads. He networked with other realtors to get them to bring their clients through our home. He marketed the home better. He went to work for us! We found that many agents are working off of sheer volume of listings. They aren't really doing much to make anything happen, they are instead operating off of the hope system. Taking on as many listings as possible and hoping enough will sell for them to stay afloat. Kevin truly helps you navigate through the market. When it came to the purchase of our new home, Kevin was patient (taking us through about 30 different homes), and super knowledgeable. He understands the area, the market, the quality that different builders create, and has the ability to help you from an investment perspective in a very challenging market. In our case his relationships with the various builders helped us to secure what we felt was a great deal on our dream home. It's rare to find someone in any industry that you would insist on working with again and again, but Kevin will be our real estate professional for anything we need going forward!
