Kevin tried very hard to help us fix a tiny but time consuming problem as our seller agent. He can always come up with the best solution, no matter it's finding the correct parts, or connecting to the correct person. Kevin is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with. He was always available to answer any questions we had and able to work around our busy schedule. I have used many realtors in the past 20+ years in eastern Iowa and Kevin by far is the most reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and diligent agent I have ever worked with. The interest rate was ramping upward when we wanted to sell and buy. Taking into account the volatility of the housing market at the time, Kevin was able to appraise our house at the right price and attracted many prospective buyers and sold it in a record 16 days, which was considered unimaginable at the time. Kevin provided many extra services to us to get the house ready that other realtors do not usually provide, such as trimming our plants surrounding the house with his own hedge trimmer to name a few, and this is what impressed us the most. Kevin also helped us with a very challenging negotiation for the house that we successfully purchased within three days. If you are looking for an excellent agent who will go above and beyond for you, I highly recommend Kevin Wu.

Kevin is very professional in the entire process of helping us finding and purchasing a home in Iowa City, IA. He is fluent in both English and Mandarin and very familiar with the local market. Every time we try to talk to him, he always responds promptly. He is also honest, detail oriented and very easy to communicate with.
