As a Rancho Santa Fe Native, Khaki grew up with a love and understanding for the value of real estate. Khaki has a deep respect and connection with the locals here. Having also lived in metropolitan areas throughout the United States and Europe, Khaki has established a large network of contacts. Coupled with that, she is also so fortunate to have the opportunity to team up and work closely every day with Mary Raser who’s consistently been a top producer in Southern California over the past decade.
Prior to joining Compass, Khaki has worked in the business development, marketing, and public relations of luxury brands. More specifically, Khaki was very recently an integral part of three lucrative business investment dispositions. She worked tirelessly to build marketing exposure and brand identity for a start-up beverage company. Later assisted in the successful sale of the company to Anheuser Bush. Prior to that, Khaki was owner, buyer, and creative director of Gramercy Boutique which was voted best quality boutique in Philadelphia for three consecutive years. During that time, she worked along-side her brother who, at the time, was the creative director of Vogue Magazine in New York. Prior to that Khaki was Director of Weddings and Sales of the Ritz Carlton in Boston and was and integral part of assisting the sale of the hotel to Taj Hotels.
Khaki is currently enjoying the opportunity to leverage her design, networking, marketing, business development, investment skills to better represent buyers and sellers of luxury homes within the Rancho Santa Fe and surrounding areas.
Working with top entrepreneurs and business professionals has taught me that one of the most important aspects in life alongside of business is giving back. Khaki’s life passion is to bring people together to facilitate long term quality relationships and to give back to the community whenever possible.
