As the San Diego real estate market has been skewed towards the “sellers,” we started our home hunting a little casually with some random Google search. While doing so, one day I got a phone call from Mr. Khalid Yarash, who offered us help in buying a property. That was the beginning, and today I and my wife are happily living in our first home – the credit goes to Khalid.

A first-time homebuyer with financial limitations – these two were the major roadblocks for us and I mentioned this to Khalid in the beginning. Understandably, I asked him to “teach and guide” me through the entire process of home buying. Khalid readily accepted it and guaranteed to “protect” me from any financial risk till we get the home keys. That was enough to build the trust we needed! After completing the routine formalities, Khalid realized our expectations and found three properties within weeks’ time. We liked all three but finally zeroed on the one we are staying on now. It sounds like a simple process; however, it would have been a tedious journey without Khalid standing by us. Many times, I bombarded him with questions, and with his amicable personality, Khalid used to listen to me and clarified every doubt I had. In fact, I gave him the full authority to represent us while dealing with the lender. Long story short, we entered our new home, and we are excited and happy.

I strongly recommend Khalid to anyone who is looking for a new home. Khalid - a thorough professional, extremely knowledgeable, honest, and with great negotiation power can be a gifted hand to someone like me who is naïve and never heard the word “escrow.” Today, we don’t just have a real estate agent, in fact, we have got a great family friend. Thank you so much, Khalid. You are the best! With this, I would also like to thank members of Team Z. You all are awesome.

There’s so much to say but I’ll try to keep this short.we had such a great experience selling our home with khalid, Throughout the past several months, Khalid has been there every step of the way. He has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that he was just trying to sell our home , but that he was a mentor to answer my questions and help me to make the best decision for my family.

I now consider Khalid a friend and would highly recommend him to anyone that is searching for a new home or planning to sell their home.Thanks again to Khalid and team Z for being such a pleasure to work with.

Khalid not only sold my townhome but a few months later helped me find my dream home. Khalid is understanding, patient, and made sure I didn't settle for less than what I needed. Khalid has been an amazing Realtor for us. He assisted in selling our town home and purchasing our single family home. He’s knowledgeable and very professional.
