Khalilah is God sent. She worked diligently to assist my husband and I with finding a home in VA, while we were living in Las Vegas. She took our calls and answered our questions, no matter what time we called. She really understood the urgency, our needs, and our frustrations and was on top of everything... Khalilah helped us find our first home quickly and efficiently. She was always available when we wanted to tour homes, worked hard to let us know if the homes were good for the value, and helped us form amazing offers that got us selected for our first pick home! She made time for our endless questions, and explained things in great detail without ever making us feel silly for asking the questions we asked. She was honest and told us the pros and cons of every house, even if it meant we had to walk through five more to get our dream house. After closing, Khalilah continued to be available to answer our questions and help us with any concerns we had just as if we were still her clients in the buying process. I highly recommend her as a buyers agent!

As first time home owners Khalila provided us with all the necessary important information about appraisals, closing, and putting down a competitive offer (while remaining in budget!). We truly appreciate the hard work and hours she put in by answering texts literally first thing in the morning and into the late evening. Khalilah Miles was an outstanding realtor to us, I truly believe some people are meant to be in the profession that they are in, real estate is truly her calling. We are empty nesters she heard what are desires were and gave us exactly what we were looking for on the first home, one and done!!!! She worked for us from beginning to end even through a great loss in her family
( which I advised against) she negotiated on our behalf with confidence and knowledge of the neighborhood and market. Never a unanswered email, text or phone call. We trusted her Implicitly with one of the biggest purchases of our life and she did not disappoint, her style and calm spirit took us to the finish line without incident. You may read this and say this sounds made up, but I assure you it’s all TRUE. If you want someone to work on your behalf and knows the market she is your person, she truly understood the assignment.

Khalilah was attentive, willing, knowledgeable and respectful. From the get go, Khalilah was very willing and flexible with in person and virtual showings. Once settled on a house, offer was sent promptly and was always in communication with me and when needed with the other agent, loan officer, hoa, etc. Prior/during/after to the final move, she was very attentive to our needs and willing to help if needed. Would love to work with her again if required.
