I’m super grateful I’ve chosen Khanh as my agent on this home ownership journey. As a first time home buyer, I didn’t have a clue of what to expect but Khanh was so thorough at making sure I understood EVERYTHING, getting me a great deal and advising me throughout the entire process from start to finish. We found Khanh on Facebook and connected with him. He was very outgoing and understanding, he asked us what we were looking for in our first home and where we would like to start looking. The next day Khanh started sending us homes to look at. We looked at a couple homes and even put down a pretty good offer with Khanh’s recommendation but we were still beat out for the home. My wife and I discussed bidding and it was something we did not want to get involved in, it was too stressful and heartbreaking.

We discussed with Khanh about looking a new construction and he supported our discussion fully (knowing the commission was low) and pointed out locations for us to look at. We reached out to a builder and they had one home available that would be completed in May. We rushed over to the site and loved what we saw, we signed the contract at that moment. Throughout the build Khanh would always meet us at the site and explain the process and where we were on the schedule to completion. When final walk through came Khanh was right next to us walking the home and making sure everything was in good standing.

My wife and I appreciate Khanh very much and will always recommend him to friends and family. Khanh will be our go to realtor for any investment properties we look at in the future.

Khanh is the best! He was thorough, professional, awesome to work with and super patient.

It is 2022, and the market is insane at the moment! But with Khanh and his knowledge, patience and his advices, he made sure our path to purchasing our “HOME SWEET HOME,” would run smoothly.

And as promised, after taking a peek at a handful of homes and being outbid, we were exhausted and almost called it quits! Khanh took it to another level and finally found our “HOME SWEET HOME!”

Without Khanh’s communication skills, support and patience, we definitely would of put purchasing a home on hold.

Khanh has done us a great deal and so thankful we were able to work with him.

Working with Khanh was awesome! My family and I are first time home buyers, and he explained everything to us perfectly. He was extremely professional and listened to all of our questions and concerns. He helped us search in awesome neighborhoods with everything we asked for, and not feel any pressure to make any drastic decisions. Not only is Khanh patient, but also has this very chill, laid back attitude.
What I appreciate the most is his honesty.
If he thought the home wasn’t right, then he would right away let you know. Everything from the Feng-shui energy, to having too much of an extremely high maintenance back yard, or to even what his thoughts were on a home ten to twenty years down the road.

Khanh Nguyen WORKED HARD helping us to find our dream home. People who know us would know that we are two VERY different people from material things to our daily activities. It was a tough job for Khanh when we asked him to help us find a home that BOTH of us would agree on. I am more focus on staying within budget, while my husband like to find a nice house that he will live till he is old and gray. With Covid-19, shortage of houses, market price keeps on increasing, and this husband/wife team cannot seem to make up their mind-- it was looking at one house after another for months! Lucky for us, Khanh did not gave up on us 😊. He is always there to show us houses when we called and traveling all over the place morning to night. He was there to answer a million questions we have for him. I think all those time together, he finally understands this husband and wife team. When we almost gave up, he said to go and look at one last house, he was sure it’s what we’re looking for. We both walked in the house and said, “This is our home!”. However, the hard part was not done, the house is hot and offers started coming in. Khanh provided outstanding representation getting our offer accepted over multiple offers received on our dream home. We feel so blessed to have had him negotiate a great deal for us and we are ready to move in.
He has been in this industry for so long that it was easy to trust his advice and recommendation.
There is no better agent to work with and we continue to recommend Khanh to everyone.

As a first time home buyer, my family and I were a little intimidated to get started in the whole process of buying a new home. However, after contacting Khanh Nguyen and sharing our thoughts and concerns, he gave us the confidence we needed and pointed us to the right direction to get started on the next step. He is very responsive to any questions we had throughout the whole process. This review is for anyone interested in buying their FIRST HOME! We are newlyweds and got the keys to our house only 21 DAYS after seeing it in person with Khanh.

Khanh is speedy, professional, and has your best interest in mind (a millenial's dream professional). We were ready to offer MORE for the house we fell in love with because we were afraid of losing it, but with Khanh's experience and advocacy, we got the house for much less than listing price. Insane.

Buying a house for the first time is intimidating, but Khanh walked us through it and explained every step and answered all our questions. He always kept it real and never tried to "fluff up" a house just to try to get us to make an offer. We loved his no-pressure approach and we felt that he is a true gem in the real estate world!

Bottom line: hit him up for a coffee and talk houses with him. He knows what he's doing and will take care of you. We will totally recommend him to anyone and everyone!

**Pro Tip: Use Dara Ek as your loan officer too! He and Khanh work together and those two were absolute fire! So fast, responsive, and awesome to work with!!!
