Khanh Nguyen is a Seattle based commercial retail broker specializing in restaurant, cafe, medical, warehouse, and service oriented leasing and commercial purchases. Khanh began his real estate career in 2006 while completing his Business and Marketing degree at Seattle University. When the housing market collapsed shortly after, he remained active in the industry, negotiating short sales, completing broker price opinions for banks, and helping homeowners protect their credit during one of the most challenging markets in decades.
