Khila Ward

Khila, a graduate of Arizona State, has been selling real estate since 2008, when she found her passion as a Real Estate Adviser. Her main focus is to incorporate this passion and knowledge to build long lasting relationships with her clients by creating a positive experience and educating them throughout the process by obtaining the information they need to allow them to best evaluate their options and decisions.

As a native San Diegan, Khila is able to easily evaluate the value of a seller’s home and target her marketing plan to attract buyers. When representing buyers, her familiarity and knowledge of San Diego allow her to share the benefits of various neighborhoods that might fit the buyer’s needs and budget.

In her spare time, Khila enjoys playing golf, spending time with family and friend and the many outdoor activities around San Diego. Her friends like to say, “Her big heart and spunky personality touches each person she meets!".
