My name is Khoa Ha and I am a father to two beautiful children, Kathryn (4) and Kris (2), and family comes first! I am in an amazing relationship with my wife, Tina Tuyen Nguyen. Having my family support on all of my crazy ideas is very encouraging and I will never take that for granted.

I have been a licensed real estate professional since 2007 when I entered the market with the intention investing in multi-family property. After working as an agent for a short period of time, I learned that real estate was more than just a side hustle. It became my true passion after helping a dozen of clients purchased their first property, myself included.

My parents immigrated to the US in 1990 with their 4 small children and we all have been living inside Orange County ever since. I have earned my M.B.A. with a specialization in Finance from the California State University of Fullerton. I also have a B.S. in Computer information system and a minor in Mathematic at the California State Polytechnic University Pomona.

Since I obtained my sale person license back in 2007, I worked for Synoia Realty Inc. located in Westminster California. Working in a small real estate office gave me the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of a real estate transaction at a personal level. That kind of knowledge and experience makes my level of service unique. Commitment and honesty are the pillars of my business.
