Has first time home buyers, we did our research but knew we still had a lot of details, big and small that we were unaware of. Kieran was able to educate and help us trough the entire process from start to end. Even right now, still helping and supporting us during the home buying process. Very knowledgeable, honest, experience and patient individual. I am confident if given the opportunity he could do multiple jobs required from different people in the home buying process. Very responsive and put us at ease wut every questions or concern we had. A really great guy to work with and makes the journey very exciting.

Kieran was my chosen selling agent for listing my home for sale this past summer (2015) and he did a great job. We had several lengthy discussions about the local market and how much I should ask for in the listing price. In the end, his advice helped me to price the listing accordingly so that it sold quickly, but I still got every penny out of it that I had been hoping to get. During the listing and sales process, he was always available to answer questions and concerns, and went to great lengths to personally resolve a few minor issues that arose. He was great at communicating with all the players involved to iron out the small problems before they became big problems that might have threatened the sale. Overall, it was a very efficient transaction, and I wholeheartedly endorse Kieran to anyone looking to hire a new agent.
