My mission is to be the only choice when considering buying, selling, or investing in real estate in the greater Cincinnati area. I help people avoid the frustration that can be involved in the process of buying or selling a home. My priority is honesty, reliability, communication, & customer service with every person I work with.

With a background in construction for over twenty years in the greater Cincinnati tri-state area, I have worked in hundreds of homes, and have a great knowledge of almost all areas in the tri-state and types of properties in the area.

I have a personal relationship with remodeler's, contractors, painters, landscapers, excavators, and multiple other trade professionals. This can be very helpful when a question or problem arise that can help determine the clients future interest and options in that property.

I can also recommend several lending sources. Including top lending institutions that offers extremely low flat rate closing costs, and lifetime re-financing options to qualifying buyers. This could save thousands of dollars up front or over the life of the loan compared to other traditional lenders.

Customer satisfaction is always the only priority. If the deal is not good for my clients, we don't make the deal. This philosophy seems exceptional in the practice of business in today's world. As a business based on referral, I feel it is the only way to be truly successful.
