My partner and I are expecting our first child and, with that, we wanted to find a home that would fit our growing family. We were referred to Vance through a friend and we are so grateful that we found her!

We told Vance what we were looking for and she was ready to go. She has a family of her own and understood our needs and took them into consideration as she helped us find our new home.

We know for a fact that we were not the only home-seekers that Vance was working with at the time, but we never felt that was the case. We always felt like we were her number one priority and I do not know what more you can look for in someone to help you make this enormous, life-altering decision/purchase!

The entire home buying process was intimidating and we were coming in with nearly no knowledge of this journey, but Vance always took the time to explain things to us so we could better understand what was going on and what needed to be done.

Through no fault on our side, getting to the finish line was not easy once we found our home, but that did not seem to faze Vance at all. We were so grateful to have her be on our side of the transaction because she never stopped advocating for us to the point we were able to save a sizable amount once we finally got to closing.

If you're looking for someone who is going to make you feel like a priority, Vance is the one. She will make sure to educate you and fight for you through the entire process.

We have been settled in our home for a couple of months now and it is hard to believe that we would be in this home that we love if we did not have Vance on our side.
