About Kiley

Born and raised in small town Grundy Center, IA, from the time Kiley was in grade school she developed an interest in real estate and requested to accompany her grandma and mom to many tour of homes and open houses.

Attending Central College in Pella, IA Kiley played Volleyball, studied abroad in London and completed 3 marketing internships. She graduated from Central College in 2012 with her BA in Business Management and Marketing.

Kiley then moved to Des Moines to start her career in real estate with 6 years of originating mortgage loans. Following that she joined the DePhillips Real Estate Group as doer of all things marketing and branding. In 2019, Kiley joined the team as a realtor. She combines all her skills and experiences to specialize in assisting clients buy and sell their homes, real estate marketing, and social media!

Today, Kiley resides in West Des Moines with her pug, Pippa, golden retriever, Gracie, and enjoys traveling, yoga, decorating, and trying out new restaurants.
