Kim Arscott is the best realtor we have ever worked with! She’s represented my husband and I as buyers in 2013 when we purchased a house and now as sellers in March 2025. Kim is an all-around pleasure. She worked with our family as a team to choose when to put the house for sale, researched to suggest pricing strategies, helped to stage it beautifully, and somehow managed to find a full price buyer after only 13 days on the market and only 40 days to move out/closing/payout. Where do I start with this review. Kim was outstanding from day one with her new client, an elderly female and a husband with serious health issues. Open communications were a priority with Kim. This client was no longer able to be at home. Kim took the reins, seeing that the home, yard were cleared, cleaned & ready to sell. Once on the market, it sold fast. Due to health reasons, both clients were not able to sign documents. This was where Kim really showed expertise in finding & working with an estate attorney to attain necessary documentation to carry the sell forward. Kim kept everyone informed while this process was going on. She put in a lot of hours for her client to make this happen & it did. House closed just a couple weeks ago. I honestly do not know anyone else that would or could have done this. We are currently working with her again on the sale of another family members home that is no longer able to live on their own. I highly recommend Kim Arscott for your real estate needs. I have bought and sold numerous properties over the years and have never had such a smooth transaction as I did working with Kim.
I called her about an investment property I was interested in and she was able to get me in to see it within two hours.
Although the property was well priced, she made recommendations based on her knowledge and experience that resulted in the seller accepting a lower offer, all within 24 hours!

She went above and beyond any realtor I have worked before. She connected us with other people such as an accountant a lawyer and even someone to come and haul away the last remainder of my mom’s house. She really understands the business and helped me navigate all the ins and out of selling the family home. She even went to the house and removed cameras and hauled away the remaining junk since I live out of state. She returned cable boxes for me. My husband and I received great service from Kim when she helped us relocate from Hawaii. The day before our flight to Eugene, we received a call from our Veterinarian that one of our dogs had cancer and needed surgery right away. I called Kim in a panic and she immediately had a vet to call and had the situation in order. You never would think your realtor would be able to help in tough situations, but she did! She's not just a realtor, she becomes a family friend forever. When we arrived to our new home, she was waiting for us with the keys, I huge smile and warm hug. With just enough time to just pick up the keys, we immediately had our dogs vet appt with surgery scheduled the next morning. She helped my sister purchase her first home, helped my fiancé and I purchase our first home together and is now heading the sale of my grandfather’s estate. In the current tough real estate market, my fiancé and I looked at many homes and wrote many offers. Kim was more than willing to show us house after house and write however many offers it took for us to get one accepted. When we finally had an offer accepted, Kim worked hard to get us the best deal possible. After the inspection she negotiated with the seller to have all of our closing costs covered by the seller so we could afford the handful of necessary repairs on the home. I have sold 4 homes in my life, and I have never had an agent as professional, knowledgeable, organized, trustworthy, or caring as Kim Arscott was through the whole process. I always felt she had my best interest in mind.
