Kim's Reviews

As first-time home sellers who were relocating, we knew we needed someone we could trust to help guide us through the process. Looking back, hiring Kim was one of the best decisions we made.
We first met Kim at a home show, and after visiting our house, she put together a detailed assessment and explained her recommended selling strategy. From that first meeting, it was clear she knew what she was doing, and she took the time to explain not just what she recommended, but why.
One of the best pieces of advice she gave us was to have a home inspection done before listing the house. It allowed us to fix potential issues ahead of time and helped avoid surprises later during negotiations. That kind of forward thinking made a big difference.
The market wasn’t the easiest, and after we accepted an offer, the buyer ended up backing out. That could have been incredibly discouraging, but Kim stayed positive, got the house relisted quickly, kept us informed every step of the way, and never made us feel like we were on our own. In the end, we sold the house for above our asking price, which was an outcome we were thrilled with.
What stood out the most throughout the entire process was her communication, honesty, and professionalism. She was always available to answer our questions, offer advice, and help us understand what was happening. We always felt like she had our best interests in mind, and that gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kim to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. My only regret is that I don’t have another house for her to sell. I think that’s about the highest compliment I can give.

Working with Kim Arscott was one of the best decisions we made. From the very beginning, she treated us with kindness, patience, and genuine care. She was always there to answer our questions, calm our concerns, and guide us through every step of the process. Her knowledge of the local market and attention to every detail gave us confidence, but it was her compassion and dedication that truly set her apart.
Kim didn't just help us buy a home, she made us feel like we had someone in our corner every step of the way. She went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us and can't recommend her highly enough. If you're looking for a realtor who truly cares about her clients, Kim Arscott is the one you want by your side.

Kim Arscott is truly the best realtor I've ever worked with. She was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the entire process, from our initial discussions to the final closing. Her knowledge of the local market, combined with her attention to detail, helped us navigate what could have been a challenging situation.
