Kim Bodell

Kim is a born and bred Sonoma County native. After traveling to Humboldt County for a college soccer career followed by spending time in Oceanside and Las Vegas, Kim was able to truly conceptualize the beauty back in her hometown. Moving back to Sonoma County gave Kim a deep understanding of its unique landscape and culture. Her heart will forever stay a northern CA gal!

Her real estate career began in late 2016 and has taken off with a speedy trajectory. As a lead buyer's agent for Prosper, she has found a deep love for first time buyers and the joy of handing over the keys. Even more so than the final key toss, the intricacies of the education component have become her favorite part in a transaction. "I want all my buyers to feel like they are educated and empowered to make the best decision for their family. And when we do run a transaction with the education component first, I have found that my buyers ALWAYS have faith in the process, and it removes the fear of the unknown."

This career has allowed Kim to live her passion for helping others and creating connections with her buyers and sellers who she may have never met otherwise. "My favorite thing ever is when I take a random call and turn it into not only a successful house hunt for them, but a lasting friendship. This career has allowed me wild opportunities to help and connect with families that I have grown to love, and I am forever grateful for finding my calling!"

Kim is the proud mother to Charlie and Niko with her husband, Tommy. In her spare time, she enjoys the elements of home design and interior decorating. Kim and her family recently moved out of their first home that they completely remodeled and rented out to a wonderful family, and now reside in Rohnert Park in their new home where they plan to start their next design undertaking! Kim is also an active member of the addiction recovery community, avid soccer player and of course enjoys the ever- encompassing role of being a mom!
